We offer personal training to all members and non-members. We do these sessions at a day and time that is convenient for YOU with the coach of your choice.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING?

  • You may not prefer working out in a group setting.
  • The flexibility in your schedule to work out when it is most convenient for you.
  • To improve on skills or movements that need additional time and focus. Includes video analysis.
  • Maybe you have been on hiatus for a month and you would like refresher on a few different movements before getting started again.
  • You may prefer a few more 1-1 sessions immediately after completing Foundations before jumping in to a group session.
