- 60-minute nutritional seminar with: goal setting, nutrition fundamentals, food logging, 4 weeks of meal plans, grocery list
- Before and after pictures, measurements, body fat percentage, access to FB group, recipes
- Weekly check in emails, weekly tracker sheets to stay accountable
This challenge is not scored like your normal nutrition challenges. Results will get you points but consistency, participation and attention to details will get you the win.

How the scoring works:
- 1 point for each meal logged in a nutrition tracking app.
- 5 points for each day your Macro percentages are 40/30/30.
- 2 points per day you exercise.
- 1 point per day you drink 80oz of water.
- 1 point per day for getting 6+ hours of sleep.
- 1 point per day for taking an Omega 3 supplement.
Additional points at the end of the challenge for inches lost.
